Interior

Magica Meadows Manor provides spacious, private, single bedrooms. Each room features a cushioned double bed with headboard, night table with lamp, and tall dresser. Roomy closets offer ample space for clothing and accessories. The pampering continues with soft, plush towels, (heated at bath time), fleece sheets to snuggle into, light weight, non-allergenic, synthetic filled duvets, topped with thick cozy comforters and an abundance of pillows. Exterior

The Manor offers an easy access path to a lightly raised and covered wide front deck. Sit outside on a hot summer day while sipping a cool drink and listening to the sounds of birds singing and view of leaves blowing in the soft breeze. Sunday morning church bells and the playful laughter of school children float up to the Manor. A second deck located at the side entrance is ideal for enjoying warm sunshine.

Lawn and gardens encircle the Manor and with three driveways, there is always plenty of parking. A pleasant stroll along the tree lined lane opens to a lovely view of the ocean.

Bird feeding stations located in the back and side yards attract a variety of birds, squirrels, chipmunks and raccoons with frequent visits from a number of white-tailed deer.

Future Plans

An extensive garden design will soon surround the property, including extra outdoor seating, a gazebo and swing set for children. Once completed, guests will be greatly encouraged to linger in the healing world of nature at its best.

Menus

Guest residents will enjoy a variety of delicious and nutritious meals and snacks, featuring plenty of fruits and vegetables. Dishes range from strawberry filled crepes to coq-au-vin to stuffed acorn squash, grilled chicken panini sandwiches to simple fare of soup and salad, linguini with scallops and shrimp to a full roast turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Staff bake homemade breads, buns, biscuits, stuffed herb breads and special treats are provided to encourage those with depleted appetites.

Special Features

Residing at the Manor are a trio of cats who treat our very gentle, senior dog as if she is "Mom", often vying for her attention as she snuggles in her cozy basket or acts as a greeter by the front door.

Digital cable provides a great variety of television channels featuring old and new programs to suit everyone's particular taste. Music is played at dinner time to enhance relaxation. Sunday afternoon teas for family and friends engage residents in presenting treats and refreshments to others and for celebrating birthdays and special occasions.

Affordability

Residing at Magica Manor can result in a dramatic cost reduction in the expense of equivalent 24 hour in-home care.
